What are you payment methods?
Accepted methods of Payment - Direct Debit -
Cheque - PayPal - Credit Card payments are only accepted thru the PayPal system - Cash
Can I pay by CASH for a Tour?
YES - Please discuss with our friendly staff prior to you tour. A receipt will be issued on the date of payment
All payments for any tours will be issued with a Receipt ,Regardless of
Do you require a Deposit?
Yes every tour requires a payment of $300 Non Refundable Deposit to Secure your groups booking. If this payment is not received the date will be given to another group
Extended Tours - Deposit must be received by deadline date , if not received there is no confirmation that a seat will be available for you
Can we put a Temporary Hold on a Date/Bus?
Yes we can put a Temporary Hold on a Bus for your group - however this will only been held for a period of 2 weeks. We request you stay in contact with us to let us know if your going ahead with the booking or not.
Final Balance/ Payment is due when?
We request that all final balance payments are made no later than 7 days prior to your tour date.
Extended tours - Have a deadline of 4 weeks prior to tour departure date.
What if I need to cancel my tour?Please let us know as soon as possible , Please note that deposit's paid are Non Refundable, However if your wanting to reschedule a tour we can move this deposit paid over to your new date. Contact us as soon as possible on 0466 632 088 or email [email protected]
Do you pick me up at my house?
Yes - or at another location convenient to you. We understand that privacy of residence is important.
Will my contact details be used by any other 3rd Party?
NO - We will not pass on any personal information to any other company or organisation. Your Contact Details are for the purpose of Keen 2 Tour to contact you directly about your booked tour.
